When we have leftover sisig, we make nachos with it. This is simply a checklist of all the items we need to gather to make it all come together.

In a small cast-iron pot, slowly warm the nacho cheese over low heat. Stir from time to time to help distribute the heat and prevent scorching.

Warm up the sisig.

To serve, top the tortilla chips with nacho cheese. To prevent sogginess, use a slotted spoon to distribute the sisig over the chips.

With another slotted spoon or fork, top with salsa. Garnish with sour cream and other optional toppings.

Share and enjoy immediately.
