1 | Pat dry chicken with paper towels. Mix marinade (cilantro, lime, sea salt, garlic clove, cumin, chili powder and olive oil) in a medium bowl and pour over chicken. Let sit overnight in the fridge or at least 1 hour. |
2 | Prepare the dressing. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (lime, cilantro, garlic clove, honey, sea salt, white vinegar, extra virgin olive oil). Set aside. |
3 | Grill chicken. Place all salad ingredients in a serving plate. Top with chicken and avocado. Drizzle with dressing just before serving. |
