Chai Spiced Date Balls

ingredients

2 c walnuts
1 1/2 c shredded coconut
2 c medjool dates
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp chai spice blend

In a large food processor, combine walnuts and 1 cup of coconut, blend until crumbly

Combine remaining coconut and 1/2 a Tbsp of the chai spice blend. Set aside.

Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until batter is formed.

Form 1 inch balls out of batter

Roll date balls in coconut and chai spice mixture and store in freezer.
