|In a large food processor, combine walnuts and 1 cup of coconut, blend until crumbly|
|Combine remaining coconut and 1/2 a Tbsp of the chai spice blend. Set aside.|
|Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until batter is formed.|
|Form 1 inch balls out of batter|
|Roll date balls in coconut and chai spice mixture and store in freezer.|
