Classic Brownies

8 oz Unsweetened Chocolate
12 oz Butter
12 oz Eggs
1 lb Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla
8 oz Bread Flour
8 oz Nuts

Melt together unsweetened chocolate and butter using a double boiler.

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a separate bowl.

Add about a third of the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture at a time.

Whisk in bread flour half at a time

Add in nuts all at once and mix together

Pour batter into lined sheet pan and smooth out.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
notes
When melting butter and chocolate put the butter in the bowl first because it takes longer to melt.
Don't allow the chocolate and butter to steam or boil while melting.
Spray your sheet pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment paper then spray paper with non-stick spray.
