Ingredients
 Unsalted Butter5 oz
 Sugar5 oz
 Brown Sugar5 oz
 Salt 1/2 tsp
 Eggs3 oz
 Vanilla1 tsp
 Pastry Flour10 oz
 Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
 Chocolate Chips10 oz
 Nuts etc.4 oz

Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar and salt for 5 minutes.

Slowly add eggs and vanilla (scrape occasionally)

Sift pastry flour and baking soda and add in all at once. Mix just until incorporated.

Mix in chocolate chips and nuts just until incorporated.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop equal amounts of dough onto a sheet pan.

Use a sprayed piece of parchment paper to press down evenly on the tops of each scoop to flatten them out.

Bake on 375 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and tan in the center.
Notes

Be careful not to overmix, if this dough is overmixed you will have a tough cookie.
Dip ice cream scoop into water between cookie scoops to prevent dough from sticking to the scoop.
Spray sheet pan with non-stick spray then line with a sheet of parchment paper.
