A delicious and fast marinade for a delicious and fast-cooking cut of meat.
|Skirt Steak||8 oz|
|or Flank Steak|
|LMM Confit Garlic||2 cloves|
|Dried or Fresh Chiles|
|LMM Olive Oil||2 tbsp|
|Grill or oven|
|In a bowl, combine crushed confit garlic, oil, and chile (if desired), and skirt steak. Toss and massage the meat with the garlic and chile. Season with salt. Marinate for 10 minutes|
|While the meat marinates, heat the grill (or an oven on broil).|
|Cook for 4-5 minutes per side.|
|Remove from heat and let them rest 5 minutes.|
|Slice and serve with Chimichurri|
Skirt and flank steaks are deliciously meaty and quick to cook. The confit garlic adds deep flavor and the chiles add the heat. This steak is great with roasted vegetables.
