|Heat oven to 300 degrees|
|Season Trout with a sprinkle of salt|
|Spread butter on parchment paper|
|On baking tray, sandwich each piece of fish between buttered parchment paper.|
|When the oven is 300 degrees, cook trout for 8 minutes. It may look "raw"--That's just even cooking and heat protection of the parchment paper.|
