Slow-Roasted MCfarlands spring trout

2 pieces McFarlands Spring Trout
skin off
Salt
4 slivers Organic Butter

Perfectly cooked, succulent, and most trout. All you need is the phenomenal McFarlands Spring Trout, butter, salt, and parchment paper.

Heat oven to 300 degrees

Season Trout with a sprinkle of salt

Spread butter on parchment paper

On baking tray, sandwich each piece of fish between buttered parchment paper.

When the oven is 300 degrees, cook trout for 8 minutes. It may look "raw"--That's just even cooking and heat protection of the parchment paper.
